This one has been sleeping in the back of the fridge for quite  awhile. Not sure if it is even any good anymore. The color is a bright cloudy yellow with a small but persistent head. Smells a bit old but the yeasty smell still comes through. Nice Belgian yeast and a little bit of grass. The taste is full of fruity esters and a little bit of spice, I am sure they are stronger on a fresher bottle. Yeast is very forward with a dull banana taste common to most belgian strains. It has a pleasant taste of orange in the aftertaste. Wow I really wish I could have a fresher bottle, I bet this nice orange taste is much brighter. the mouthfeel is nice and smooth, velvety wheat feel. it is a pretty good beer. i will come back to it if I can find a fresher bottle but it gets a so so rating for now.
