After a long night of drinking, sometimes you just need a nice beer to help calm the hangover. This is the beer I decided to try and cure the thermonuclear war going on in my skull. This was the perfect beer to sip on the couch while watching crappy tv.

Pours a nice clear yellow, I can almost watch tv through it. The head is magnificent, huge fluffy, creamy and white. Not a whole lot going on in the nose department. Nice little whiff of cascade, pine and citrus rolled together, smells good, not aggressive in the smell but nice and inviting. The taste is great. Juicy hops, massive citrus, with a little piney backup, reminds me why I like cascade so much. The malt plays a big part in this beer as well. Nice caramel malt backbone, not a lot of sweetness, just flavor. A little bitter bite, nice and dry mouthfeel, but really easy to drink. This beer was almost gone before I knew it. Worked great to even out my headache. This shot up my list of favorite Pale Ales. Really hope this will become a regular on the shelves here in Denmark.
