A very very dark orange beer with a big thick almost tan head on top. The aroma is amazing, fresh pine, lemon peel and lots and lots of malt sweetness. The taste is just out of this world. Sweet honey and caramel give way to bitter citrus and grassy flavors. The malt is sweet like honey but the hopping is aggressive and doesn't let the sweetness overpower the beer. This beer is so balanced it is extraordinary. The hops strike a nice balance between fruity citrus and earthy pine that balances the whole thing out.  Just a huge aggressive symphony of malt and hops in your mouth. This could be the best IPA I have tasted thus far!
