Tonights beer is a Økologisk Julefred pilsner from Thisted. Pours an orangish amber color with a thick white head that is gone quickly. A sweet smell of caramel and pilsner malts. The taste mostly follows with a nice bitter finish. It is not a bad pilsner, not sure how it qualifies as a Christmas beer, not very spicy.
