Erdinger Pikantus
Type: Weizen Bock
Alcohol: 7.3%
Country: Germany
Opaque brown color with a small brown head that lasts a few seconds. Dark swee malt aroma, caramel and a hint of roast. Sweet roasted taste but actually very well balanced. These high alcohol bocks are usually like drinking mouthfuls of sugar. This has a nice balance of sweet and dark fruit taste, with a balance of bitterness and a hint of licorice. Very carbonated and syrupy mouthfeel. Not bad for a bock, I usually really hate these.
