Best Foreign Brewery 2015

Beer blog Stovt has challenged each of the blogs in Denmark to do a series of best of the year posts. None of us collaborated on these in advance so the choices are completely up to the blogger or bloggers themselves. Today's category is "Best Foreign Brewery" (as a side note I live in Denmark, so foreign will encompass any brewery outside of there). This was a tough category to choose a winner in, just for the sheer number of choices it affords. In the end I went with the brewery that made a pretty big entrance into Denmark this year with a lot of solid regular beers as well as loads of strange and wonderful experiments. Omnipollo from Sweden has made some of the best...and weirdest beers I have had this year. Sometimes weird is good, and few do weird like Omnipollo.
