This is a beer from a new microbrewery in Copenhagen. They make an interesting variety of beers and I have seen them popping up in the stores more and more frequently. This is their tribute to an American style brown ale, and it certainly does the trick. It is smokey and bitter just like a good brown ale, but with a nice karamel taste to balance it out. This has a really strong yeast aftertaste which goes well with the dark roasted taste. It went great with a nice burger on a sunny day.
